The wellness kit is called a “treasure chest” because of what you put into it, which is you. The chest will become your priceless treasure for many years to come.

Include in your Treasure Chest:

1. A journal.
2. A pen.

The journal and pen are used to document your life.  The words you place on the paper will serve as a measuring stick to your emotional growth. You can flip through your written pages to determine if you need to make changes in your life (or not). Your journal will give you significant information about your emotional status as well.

So go get your pen and some paper and start writing! Have fun with it!
