U.S. Military deaths in Iraq: 4155. U.S. Military wounded in Iraq: 30568.
Iraqi civilian deaths: 151,000. “Excess” Iraqi deaths: 655000.
Look at the number of human lives which has been lost to the war in Iraq.
The U.S. wounded is mind-boggling.
How many lives need to be lost or disrupted before Americans leave Iraq?
On this seventh anniversary of that terrible day in 2001, our retaliation looks cruel, uncivilized, and barbaric.
My hope is that PEACE prevails one day soon.
