It seems as if we are all angry these days in America. Even a generally calm person will have a little fit at the gas pump!
The election process has been crazy. Enough said about that.
The weather is extreme.
People are loosing their homes to wild fires or floods.
People are loosing their beloved son’s and daughter’s to the Iraq and Afganistan war.
Soldiers are coming home to a country in turmoil.
Soldiers are coming home in so much physical and emotional pain.
The people in America are dealing with loss, after loss, after loss.
Many people are in a state of mourning. This is a normal reaction to our abnormal set of outside circumstances.

Do what it takes to ride this wave. Help one another. Stay centered in a loving state of mind. We, as a country will get through this. Who knows what America will look like on the other side, but it worth the ride, because it is real.
