I have worked primarily in psychiatric nursing for over 20 years. My work has been challenging, arduous, and completely gratifying. I have worked in the ER, psychiatric units, and in the community. I consider myself an advocate for the patient.
I teach. I believe in the power of knowledge.
I want to reach a large number of people by using the Internet. I intend to deliver information in a loving, compassionate, and comprehensive manner, for all to benefit.
I want to inspire and motivate people to create positive changes in their lives. I plan to assist my website visitors to learn, understand, and implement strategies to reduce anxiety and augment a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
