If you or a family member is sick with a mental illness and has the desire to become better; incorporate the Wellness Contract.

Print out the contract. Read it carefully and sign it. Your signature represents your commitment to yourself. The Wellness Contract concentrates on the basic building blocks of life. Once you have mastered the basics move on to more complicated tasks.

The Wellness Contract is a tangible piece of paper. The contract can be viewed several times a day to hopefully motivate you to stay on track. Keep moving forward! Good luck!
